No, you sure do not. That was true decades ago but today is a waste of money and oil. Change your oil/filter every 5,000 miles if you use conventional oil and every 8,000 miles if you use synthetic and you drive under normal conditions. If your vehicle is equipped with an oil life monitor system then change it when the system tells you too and reset the oil life monitor. If it does not come on for one year change the oil anyway and reset the system even though the light is not on.
every 3000 to 5000 kilometres, not sure how many miles that it every 3000 to 5000 kilometres, not sure how many miles that it every 3 to 5 thousand miles
i would recommend changing it every 3000 miles
You need to change oil every 3000 miles for a well maintained condition
This depends on the oil that goes into the car. If it is synthetic you need to change it every 10,000 miles if it is regular than it needs to be every 3000-3500 miles.
Most mechanics recommend that you get an oil change every 3000 miles. However, newer vehicles require fewer oil changes. More specifically, a volkswagen requires an oil change every 5000 miles.
You need to change your oil for your Ford F-150 every 3000-5000 miles. Every 3 months is another good rule to go by.
Best advice is every 3000 miles or every 3 months. whichever comes first. Take care of your Volvo and it will take care of you.
Every 3 months or 3000 miles.
Any good multiviscosity oil will do just fine for you. I would use a 10W30 or 10W40 grade oil and change it every 3000 miles along with the filter. Do that and you'll be fine. Go ahead and spend the money for synthetic oil if you want to but still change it every 3000 miles....but you don't need touse that fancy dancy stuff.
every 60000 miles
Every 1,000 miles, or when the light comes on.
Change it according to the manufacturers recommendations or change it every 5000 miles.
