Yes it does.
There is no fuse for the fuel pump just a fuel pump relay.
Under the hood in the Fuse/Relay center.
the fuel pump relay is located bye the fuse box on the LH side of the dash it is a big white box with holes in the top looks more like a alarm buzzer than a relay.
In the engine compartment fuse/relay box.
