If you are putting it on the same make model as it came from it will not need to be FLASHED, If it will work on the vehicle you are working on but came from A different model vehicle you are working on I would try it first, Before I pay to have it flashed, If you hook it up and it needs flashed it will not hurt anything, It just means that it spoke A different language, and you must send it to school (FLASH IT).
