Any car sold in the US since 1996 will be OBD-II
In the 94-95 model years a very, VERY small handful might have been OBD-II, but anything prior to 1996 should be assumed to be "OBD-I" which is really not a valid term as it was called by different names under different manufacturers and only became known as OBD-I after OBD-II was standardized.
