Both the four-cylinder and V6 have a timing belt which must be replaced every 60,000 miles. The four-cylinder is an interference engine but the V-6 is not.
It is located under the timing belt cover.
One (1) each on the cam and crank gears and on the outer timing case.

it will fit but you will have to get new hoses for the correct sizes
The diagnostic port on a 1995 Isuzu Rodeo drive is located on the lower kick panel on the driver's side. It is just below the left spark plug.
