It is under the vehicle cargo area. There is a "U" shaped cut in the carpet to access the hex bolt holding it in place. It is on the right side of the cargo area (seats up) and close to the tailgate. Right around middle of the right half.
To remove the spare tire, you will need to have access to the space in the rear of your van where you may be storing items, or have folded in the third seat. If you lift up the carpeting, you will see the turnbuckle that allows you to lower the spare tire from the underside of your van.
