depends on which engine! if it is an endura-de tddi then i would do it every 48,000 miles with ford belt kit, 36,000 miles with any other mfg belt kits. if its after 2002 then the engine should be a tdci, if it is then at 60,000 and as the pullys wear, every 48,000 there after.

To bleed the cooling system on a TDDI Mondeo, start by ensuring the engine is cool and the radiator cap is removed. Fill the expansion tank to the maximum level and run the engine until it reaches operating temperature, allowing the thermostat to open. Keep the heater on to ensure coolant circulates through the system. As air bubbles escape, top off the coolant as needed, then replace the radiator cap once all air is purged and the level stabilizes.
To address a flashing glow plug light on a Ford Mondeo TDDi, first, check for any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) using an OBD-II scanner, as this can help identify the underlying issue. Common causes include faulty glow plugs, issues with the fuel system, or problems with the engine management system. Inspect and replace any defective glow plugs, and ensure all connections are secure. If the light persists after addressing these issues, it may be best to consult a professional mechanic for further diagnosis.
If it's anything like mine, it's a cream brown coloured square box slightly bigger than a matchbox, about 3 pins in it & it's near the centre bumper, in the engine behind the grill.
Turbo diesel direct injection
Open the bonnet. The fuse box is directly behind the passenger side head lamp. Black cover that has a clip to rear and two clips at the front. It is a bit fiddly to get it off but all fairly easy once unclipped
If you mean tdi,it stands for TURBO DIESEL INJECTED.
Open the door and in the lock itself is a keyhole. Insert your ignition key into the hole in the lock and turn a quarter turn. This will lock the child lock and obviously ,turn in the other direction to unlock. Rory
