Yes, the maintenance schedule for your 3MZ-FE engine calls for a timing belt replacement at 90,000 miles (or 108 months, whichever comes first). In addition to the belt the schedule also calls for replacement of both the cabin and engine air filters along with an oil change and tire rotation. Not on the schedule but highly recommended is a water pump replacement. All the bits and pieces necessary to reach the pump are already removed for the timing belt swap. The only additional cost would be for the water pump so change it with the belt and save the labor time/cost later. While everything is apart, spark plugs on the V-6 are scheduled for replacement at 100,000 miles. Owners choice but as above, you may choose to replace them at 90k and not worry about diving under the hood again in 10,000 miles. Cheers,

If the engine has a timing belt, it should be changed around the 150K mark. If there is a timing chain, it does not have to be changed unless it is damaged.
5,000 miles
Every 80K miles, 100K max.
Should be changed every 60,000 miles. This is NOT an interference engine.
I think they recommend to change it each 160-180K miles.
timing belt. yep, he is right
Timing chains never need to be changed, only belts.
in answer to your question the timing belt should be changed every 55/60 thousand miles
Toyota recommends every 90K.
never
Every 90K miles.
It would be a good idea to change it if you replace your water pump. Save you from having to pull that motor back up at a later date.
