I can be a shocking experience. When someone grabs both terminals, they are completing the electrical loop. It's not the voltage that will get you, it is the Amperes. Electricity always follows the path of least resistance.
i dont know never have never will
I've never been a believer in spending tons of money on a new battery. I'm certainly not convinced that no maintenance batteries are worth the price asked for them. I look for a battery that has as many cold cranking amps as I can afford, and is a two year model. Also, you have to make sure that the form factor is correct. That means checking to see that the Positive and Negative terminals are on the same end of the battery as the old one. Make sure it has side terminals instead of top terminals (or vice versa). Of course this is up to you. If you're one to buy a high dollar battery, which is recommended for your specific car by the the parts store, More power to you. You will surely be happy. I'm just a cheap *ss and figure that a battery is a battery.
Citizen Eco-Drive watches run on solar power, so they never have to have their battery replaced. I got mine in 2003 and it's still working fine, never had an instance in which the time was wrong.
Never Apologise Never Explain was created in 2004-06.
A solution of 1 part Baking Soda and 2 parts Water is one method of removing the corrosion from the battery posts. Once cleaned (be sure to thoroughly dry them, too) apply a light coating of Vaseline before re-connecting the wires to the terminals. Never, ever, use soda for this task ... the sugar in the soda leaves a residue on the terminals and makes them sticky. I have found it usefull to put silicone sealant around base of terminals . this helps retard acid fumes from causing future corrosion. it may not stop it but it will definitely slow it down. P.S. I do it with all my batteries with top side terminals.
yes it powers wind terminals. wind is something that will never run out.
I have installed hundreds of dishwashers and never seen a battery operated oneI have installed hundreds of dishwashers and never seen a battery operated one
When placing voltage sources in parallel, the total voltage is the same as the individual battery's voltages. For example: If I was to place 4 "AA" 1.5 volt batteries in parallel with a life of x hours, the out put would be 1.5 volts with a life of 4x hours. note: never place batteries in parallel that are not in the same condition (charge, voltage, ect...).
when working you must have knocked wire loose for battery termial. i changed the battery ends on my zx2 and missed one wire and spedometer stopped working. found the wire hooked it back up and has never failed since. i hope this helps you with your problem.
No.
The 'cheapest' battery is NEVER a good idea !
Yes, they are replaceable.Always disconnect battery terminalsYour first responsibility prior to starting the installation process is to disconnect the terminals from the battery. Furthermore, make sure to let the car sit for at least one hour so that any battery backups from the SRS system have completely drained. Never probe the airbag with your meterWARNING! Never use the probs on your meter to directly test the terminals or connectors on any airbag. The airbag requires only 2 - 3 ohms for deployment and touching the airbag terminals with your meter may provide enough current to activate the airbag. This warning applies to all airbag types, including but not limited to side airbags, roof airbags, knee airbags, foot airbags, seat airbags, etc.
