At 72,000 miles - but it is vital to replace things like the tensioner pulley, idler pulley, water pump as well. My cambelt was replaced but not the pulleys. The tensioner pulley bearings failed at 120,000 miles which allowed the cambelt to slip and wrecked the engine. Not economic to repair so the car (worth approx £2,500) was a constructive write-off plus cost of stripping down to investigate, hire cars etc, etc. Complete disaster.
