Heater on M reg Frontera blowing cold air...any solutions please?

More likely you have run out of coolant. The coolant heats up as it circulate throughout the engine. The hot coolant produces the heat as it passes through the heater radiator matrix, where the fan blows off the hot air.

Check you dont have a coolant leak, and dont let it run out if you are driving it or you will bugger the engine.
