Its fairly simple. First, you'll have to remove the old horn. There will be a cable you need to remove, with a locking snap, like every other electrical connection in the car. Remove that, then proceed to remove the retainer bolt from the horn's mounting arm. After you get the old horn out, save the screw that held the arm in, and re-use the arm if it fits on the new horn, but it probably won't.
If you bought a generic horn, you'll need to cut off the wire connector, and solder on whatever connectors the horn uses. This is a pain, as the wire isn't long enough to bring down and solder.
Once you've soldered the connectors on, mount and connect the new horn in the same place the old one was located. Check the fuse, and test.
