Take it off and knock the fiberglass out, or just put in a piece of pipe flared on both ends or 2 couplers and 4 clamps.
If your Glasspack is a tip and it has a silencer in it, take it out You'll get more flow too. If it is just an inline one replace it with a one with less fiberglass packing (cheaper ones tend to have less fiberglass packing) or just removing the glasspack all together and go straight pipe. Glasspacks also get louder as they wear out. Get your glasspack hot and spray it with cold water. On the outside.
exhaust tip or glasspack it
Longer glasspacks are not as loud. Longer muffler means more sound absorbing material thus not as loud. Typically a longer glasspack will sound deeper but not as loud, a shorter glasspack will sound louder but not as deep. Most commonly 18in long muffler section 22 inch overall length is the right balance. This can change based on engine type and personal preference.
2 would be a little more quiet, low deep tone.6ntil the fibreglass blows out....
The Glasspack was created in 1999.

NO...if you want to drill holes in your exhaust just to make it louder your only going to get a small grinding sound..not much of a difference..just makes ur exhaust sound like its about to fall off...BUT if you just simply buy a Glasspack for like 30 bucks and have it put on for like 40, or put it on yourself...then sound will not be a problem, youll have a nice grumble sound...as for performance exhausts..your paying for the internal part of the muffler system like the fiberglass and all the intricate crap.
