I just did this today. There is a wheel you can access through a hole in the back. If you turn it upwards it brings the shoes in a bit and should loosen it up. If the drums are very rotted like mine were it might not work. What I had to do was use a grinder to cut through the face of the drum and then whack it with a hammer and chisel a few times and eventually it cracked and freed up and I was able to remove it. I did this knowing I would need new drums regardless.

I would say an Ford F-250/350/450, as well as E250/E350 (Vans). They have huge brakes, they require a dimes weight of pressure to initiate. Needed for heavy cargo.
To change the brakes on a Ford E250 van, you'll need a few essential tools: a jack and jack stands to lift and secure the vehicle, a lug wrench to remove the wheel nuts, and a socket set or wrench to detach the brake components. Additionally, a C-clamp or brake tool is useful for compressing the caliper piston, and a bungee cord can help hold the caliper out of the way. Don't forget safety gear like gloves and goggles for protection.
