my Ford 450 caliper bolts did not want to break free. After I put a pipe on the breaker bar they came loosr but turned out very stiff. It looks to me that they had loctite on the threads to keep them from vibrating out. I don't have a 450 manual so I'm talking from experience from using loctite for many years If the caliper bolt is really stripped, apply some rust freeing lubricant to the bolt and let it soak in for a day or so. Reapply the rust freeing lubricant frequently. Then if there is enough surface exposed you might try using a small pipe wrench to turn the bolt. If that fails it my require a knowlegable mechanic and an acetelyne torch to apply heat which will allow the metal to expand while using a pipe wrench.

You need to remove the wheel, the caliper and the caliper mount. After you do that you can remove the caliper.
1. Remove the brake hose to caliper bolt from the brake caliper. 2. Remove the brake hose from the brake caliper. 3. Remove and discard the 2 copper brake hose gaskets. These gaskets may be stuck to the brake caliper and/or the brake hose end. 4. Cap or plug the opening in the brake caliper and the brake hose to prevent fluid loss and contamination. 5. Remove the 2 brake caliper pin bolts. Remove the park brake cable from the caliper. 6. Remove the brake caliper from the brake caliper bracket.
Pretty easy actually. First you take off your tire at the back of the caliper there are two caliper bolts remove those and the caliper should come off the unscrew your brake hose
Remove wheels Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Rotor should slide off hub
Remove the wheel, locate the Caliper. On the inner side there are 2 bolts going through the caliper, remove those (before removing use a flat head screwdriver to compress the caliper some) remove caliper. If you are removing the rotors remove the 2 large bolts on the caliper bracket.
in order to remove the rear caliper, you first remove the parking brake cable using a 14mm socket to remove the bolt. After removing the parking brake you can remove the caliper carrier, using a 17mm socket to remove the two caliper carrier bols this allows you to remove the caliper from the rear rotor, you can slide the caliper off of the carrier to remove it completely. to remove the rotor you can use a soft faced mallet and gently tap the inside of it and it should come right off.
To remove a stripped hex screw, you will need a screw extractor tool.
Remove wheel, remove the two bolts that hold the caliper to the bracket, use a C-clamp to compress the piston back into the back caliper and then remove from the rotor.
pull the wheel off, remove the two caliper bolts, remove the caliper and the rotor can be removed
When you remove the caliper, the pads can be pressed out by hand.
Use a screwdriver to lever piston back (between caliper and front of piston). remove caliper, usually two bolts, remove pads from caliper, fit new ones same way. re-fit caliper.
