To access the center console blower, first, ensure the vehicle is turned off and disconnect the battery for safety. You will have to pry off the top cover on gear shifter, then you will have access to center switches
Gain access to the back of the console and screw the retainer back on to the receptacle.
It can be reached from under the dash, in front of the center console, driver's side. The center console must be removed to access the actuator.
