What make/model/engine size is it?
At the top of the clutch pedal in the cab of the truck.
you cant.
1997 base model reg cab 2wd 5spd
No, that clutch is not adjustable.
first check your clutch slave cylinder for leaks, if its leaking ,replace and bleed system,if its not leaking, bleed system ,dont forget to bleed clutch damperand if its still not right, then replace clutch master cylinder.
It has to do with the country the truck came from. King cab would be more Japanese where as extended cab would be more American. It is a wonder that they did not call it an Emperor cab. Who ever came up with "King Cab" was pretty smart. King sounds powerful and important. Extended just sounds stretched out.
My 1985 Nissan king cab ;)
The clutch switch is located in cab between the brake pedal and throttle. It is mounted on the clutch rod at the firewall. You should replace it, not bypass it. I agree, replace it, don't bypass it. It's there for a reason. Normally I have nothing good to say about Chilton or Haynes manuals, but the Haynes manual gives a really good description of how to adjust the switch. cross the red and the yellow wire leading to the neutral safety switch to bypass it
A standard cab has one seat and a king cab has the extra space behind the seat with small jump seats. A crew cab has 4 full doors and a full back seat
Do you mean clutch slave cylinder,if so ,its bolted on side of transmission, with rubber cover,if leaking, replace and bleed.
You can adjust your 2004 Ford F1 50 door with the retaining bolts on the door. Loosen the retaining bolts and the door will slide up or down.
