you have to make sure the needles are moving up at the same time so when you push the throttle they have to lift at the same time and you want them to be at the same height and lowest as possible. if one side is way off, adjust the top nut and bolt till the match. then try start it and adjust both idle ajustments out for less idle and in for more idle.
