Slacken each nut at the injector then spin engine over at starter till diesel present.Wrap a rag loosely around pipe to keep down on too much mess.Then tighten nut.Its messy but works.

if its electronic pump and injectors it will self bleed, if not electronic u need to drag it to get the diesel round the pipes, get someone to tow u round the block and bump it.
