i would asume it is a 4.7 liter.the sensor is located in the passenger side head towards the front.sticks down from the bottom between the exhaust and the valve cover 13mm bolt?maybe 10mm its been a while pullit out make surte the o-ring is on it if not get it out before installing the new one.put a little oil on the oring push it in and bolt it down
