Take the old ones out, put new ones in. It's really basic.. disconnect the ground first, then the positive. Remove batteries, ensure all connections are clean.
Batteries are typically under the door on the left hand side of the cab... specifics on how to access them depends on model. On the W900 and T800, you don't need to remove fairings... on the T600, T660, T700, T680, T2000, et. al, you will... specifics of that procedure depend on which model you have.
The battery box should be located under the drivers side door. Disconnect the batteries, pull them out, replace them with the new batteries, reconnect them.
The kingpin is part of the trailer, not the truck.

A Kenworth dump truck can be bought from Truck Paper, Commercial Truck Trader, Fast Line, Auto Trader, eBay, 50,000 Trucks, Trucker To Trucker and Asset Nation.

Kenworth... what? Kenworth manufactures a range of trucks from Class 5 through Class 8... as is, we don't know if you're talking about a T300 box truck, a T800W heavy haul tractor, a W900L line haul tractor, a T800 dump truck, etc. Need to be more specific.
