Step 1: Remove the two screws on the rear of the car that secure the light housing (as per the manual)
Step 2: Ignore everything else the manual says. Pull out the light housing and you will see a plug connecting the electrics to the housing. Lift the retaining clip on this and remove the plug. The entire housing should now be disconnected from the car.
Step 3: On the rear of the housing is some white plastic, this holds all the bulbs. Remove the plastic by lifting the two retaining clips. The Bulb holder will now lift clear of the housing completely. The brake light is the top bulb.
