Remove nylock band that secures filter housing lid and remove inlet and fuel return pipes.(prop them up to stop diesel running out. carefully prize the housing lip off and inside swimming in diesel is the filter. Take it out slowly, allowing the fuel to run back into the housing and swap for new corrugated paper type filter. Put back in reverse.....takes twenty minutes. Oh and don't forget to prime after replacement...it's a cylindrical black thumb pump, pump until haddocks done.
