first you unscrew the light then while remove the light undo all the cords. to put the new one in attach the cords and screw the light back into place.

There is al little lid at either side of the insde rear. Open them and there are two plastick-fingerbolts you have to ondo. Then the ligtcluster is loose and you can get to the back of it to change the bulbs.

My data is showing the indicator relay as being part of the hazard light switch.
If it's just the bulb you are replacing it is done by removing the indicator (unhook the spring in the engine compartment and slide the indicator forward). If you need to replace the whole lamp then the bumper has to be unbolted!
