You need to remove the "arms" on the intake manifold. You will need a special tool to re crimp the bands, but overall it is not that hard and only takes a few hours. Just take your time and label all connections. Once the manifold is out of the way, remove the coil packs and take out the plugs. Once everything is removed, access to the plugs is easy. Again take your time and reassemble carefully.
