Based om the battery price it is probably the cheapest approach to call the 24Hr Road Side Assistance for MB and pay like $175 plus tax. They will come to where ever you are and do ALL of the needed things.
Those things are...
1- they replace your battery
2- they remove / take away the old battery
3- reset your radio code (assuming you got it in your book - or you call the seller dealer) and they will have the code
4- re-sync your remote keys
it is cheaper than doing it at the dealer by about $100 !!!
no
Yes. The charging causes a chemical change in the electrolyte of the battery.
Your car wont start. lol
just take the car to service...
yes.
car batteries
i tink that it is a physical change
have your alternator check. It is like that for most car. It is not the battery's fault. But you could have a lose connection to your battery.
You can put in a new battery in the car. Then press down on the maintenance button so that the battery light comes on. You will then have it reset and ready to go.
Timing is off.
A battery can last from 1 year to many years. You change it when it no longer will start the car or when it no longer will hold a charge.
If your question is what may be a problem with a car that you have to change the battery after a new battery was installed a month ago? Then the alternator may be suspect and or a draw from the electrical system.
