Depends on the year. but the 95-99 you have to drop the front bumper cove off and there are a few bolts holding it in and do not forget to undo the bulbs and do not touch them, if you do whipe them off before you put them back in. and if this doesnt solve anything. buy the eclipse,eagle talon breakdown book. costly but helps in the long run...
