You need to release the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. There is a schrader valve that you depress. Jack up the car and place jack stands under it. DO NOT USE CINDER BLOCKS. Locate the fuel filter on the driver's side frame just forward of the gas tank. It will require a special tool to release the disconnects. It should be replaced every 2 years or 30,000 miles.
