If I am correct, on the driver's side frame, almost right where the cab meets the front fender, you will see a bundle of plastic and steel pipes. They meet at a square box with an end that looks like the bottom of an oil filter. Use the right size socket on the hex like nut on that side of the filter and turn counterclockwise. Get a rag or a small bucket to pick up the diesel comming out. Remove the filtering elemnet and install the new one. Reverse procedure to install.

Either manually pump fuel from the fuel tanks to the fuel filter, or else open up the fuel filter, and pour some diesel fuel directly into it.
