1990 Chevrolet Lumina temperature sender is located on the back side of the thermostat housing. The sender has a wire that goes to the temperature gauge.
how can i change the turn singal on a 1990 Chevy lumina
Hook a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel pressure rial and just turn the key on and see if you get any pressure reading. If not you may have a bad relay, or a blocked fuel filter or the pump is bad itself.

The fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump could be bad on the 19900 Lumina. Check both of these to start troubleshooting the problem.
No.
If its like the 1993 Lumina it's in the fuel tank.
well the question is a bit vague but I'll try. Assuming that the battery isn't dead and the starter is cranking fine my first thought would be your fuel pump is shot Chevy fuel pumps are notorious for failure even with low miles I had to replace my brothers fuel pump on his 96 Chevy and it only had 58,000 miles on it. But to know for sure wether the pump is bad or not you will have to do a fuel pressure test. You can test the fuel pressure by getting a fuel pressure gauge and attaching it to the test port on the fuel rail and watching the gauge as somebody tries to crank it over if the gauge reads beetween 40 and 60 PSI then the pump is good if not then replace the pump most likely if pump is bad you will get a reading of 0 to 5 PSI. Hopefully this helps.
Check the fuel filter. If it is the original, change it. If that doesn't help, find a mechanic.
On a 1990 Dodge Dynasty, the oil pressure gauge is typically located on the instrument cluster, which is situated on the dashboard in front of the driver. It may share space with other gauges, such as the speedometer and fuel gauge. If you are looking for the oil pressure sending unit, it can usually be found on the engine block, near the oil filter. Always refer to the vehicle’s service manual for precise locations and specifications.
