The left side has easy access, but the right side low beam gives you very little room to work - which makes it a little tougher to get in and out.
Look at the left side (driver's side) first to see how it turns and pulls out, and how to remove the wiring clip (a gentle pry under the clip with a screwdriver and it simply pulls out).
Back to the right side - remove the wiring clip first - then turn the bulb 1/8th counter-clockwise. You should be able to pull it out with a pair of needle nose pliers.
Use the same pliers to insert the new bulb, turn 1/8 turn clockwise, and reconnect the wire.
Be sure to not touch the glass bulb with your fingers or anything that will get oil, dirt, etc on it.

There are 3 bolts 1- on top of the headlight right when you open the hood. the other 2- (10mm) is locate right in front of the wheel underneath the wheel well slash guard. Once all bolts are remove. You can start gentle prying the light out starting from the inside.
