Not actually done one of these but presume it's similar to older models? Push the whole lamp against the plastic clip pressure,by sliding it along until the small "barb" style hook comes clear and the lamp can be removed complete. Be gentle so as not to break clips.If it won't come off sliding backwards then try sliding forewards.The bulb is probably a 501 capless(all glass) type.Hope this helps.
