Answer I can only assume that your question is How do I change the spark plug wires on a 1995 Buick and how do I know where they go? You take one wire at a time out of the top of the engine, and trace it to the distrubuter. Replace that wire and continue replacing each wire the same way as you did with the first one. When you are finished the car should run properly, but while you are changing the wires why not change the plugs too.
Faulty plug wires or bad coil or coil wire.
It could be the spark plug wires that's what was wrong with mine.
On a 1990 Buick Electra Park Avenue, the spark plug wires connect to the ignition coil pack and the spark plugs themselves. The ignition coil pack is typically located on the engine, and each wire should be routed to its corresponding spark plug in the order specified by the firing sequence. Ensure that the wires are connected securely and routed away from any hot surfaces or moving parts to avoid damage. Always consult the vehicle’s manual for the correct firing order and specific wire routing.

Disconnect the battery, remove the boot cover and spark plug cables, and pull out the old spark plugs. Put in the new spark plugs, replace the boot cover, and spark plug cables, and reconnect the battery.
