remove them and check to see if the wire is separated that's in the middle of the fuse

Check your fuses in your fuse block you should have a fuse that says "gauges". If you fuses check good take it to a mechanic shop.
Check the fuses on the car, or the signal bulbs.

Did you check the fuses in the engine compartment, there is one more fuse for the lights inside of the car.
It is possible, but usually fuses fail for a reason
You may have blown a fuse. Check your fuses. Then you can check your light connections.
If the car does not work afterwards You'll want to check all fuses and have an auto parts store test the battery. It is likely that you have fried the battery and will need to replace it and if not for fuses this would fry the electrical system, however car's have fuses to avoid this, therefore a fuse is likely blown, check underhood fuses as well as under dash ones.
