Disconnect the timer module (black box) under the passenger side (in North America) seat. Just remove the plug.

it is the lifters, so you will need to change the head

9 degrees btdc and earth out test lead to do this adjustment
this particular engine was an unusual 3 valves per cylinder with a turbo charger, it had an unusually good kick
If you are referring to the stock size speakers they are 4x6 in all four positions

First off, the 2000 Regal didn't use a turbo, it was supercharged (assuming it's a GS model). And you can't simply disable such a system, so the bottom line to your question is no, you can't
it is usually running about 8 or 9 pounds stock but if you get a boost control the most you can push is 15 pounds
