I will need to know the problem you r experiencing. It might need complete replacement, or blown fuse. It all depends on the type of problem.
Penitrating oil, heat, impact tools, then a cutting torch. I don't know any other methods.
Pretty sure it is the passenger side that is longer.
The rear wiper arm and wiper blade is a special Saturn-Only set-up. You must go to the dealer for this wiper blade so ask for replacement instructions with your purchase. There are aftermarket replacement wiper blades for the front however. See sources and related links for more information.

There is a tab to a retainer clip at the base of the wiper arm hub. Put a screwdriver in between the hub and the tab and pry it away from the hub (It will only move about 1/4 of an inch. You can then pull or pry the wiper arm from the post.
To remove the wiper arms from a 1996 Concord, remove the small clip holding them on. Then pull up on the arm.
# Raise the rear wiper arm finish cap to expose the wiper arm nut. # Remove the rear wiper arm nut (1). # Lift the rear wiper arm assembly (2) away from the rear window and remove the wiper arm from the pivot shaft. The cap tilts up toward the arm
The windshield wiper arm is held in place by a retaining clip. Hold the retaining clip in and the windshield wiper arm will come off. Put the new windshield wiper on and read lease the retaining clip.

To replace the wiper arm on a Mazda 626, first lift the wiper arm away from the windshield until it is at a 90-degree angle. Locate the small tab or clip on the underside of the wiper arm where it attaches to the wiper motor shaft, press it to release the arm. Carefully pull the wiper arm off the shaft, then align the new wiper arm with the shaft and push it down until it clicks into place. Finally, lower the wiper arm back onto the windshield and ensure it is secure.
Open your hood first for easier access. Bend the wiper arm up 6 inches or so, and hold it there. you will notice a small tab of metal bent at a 90 degree angle at the base of the wiper arm. Use a pair of pliers to gently pull out on it. It will move an eighth of an inch or so. Then gently lower the wiper arm. It will contact the tab of metal and not go all the way down to the windshield. The wiper arm will then lift off the stud easily.
Now I am working on this from the standpoint of my 1996, I assume they are the same. I could be incorrect: Look at the wiper arm from the bottom, you will see a small tab, if you pull the wiper away from the window, and then pull the tab to the bottom, you will lock the wiper away from the glass. if you bull the tab all the way out you will then be able to pull the wiper arm off from the pivot point. The hose is attached to the wiper arm by a clip, you can simply unclip it if this is a temporary thing, for long term removal, I am not sure as I have never had the desire.
