The cabin air filter is located behind the glove box. The glove box has two small screws holding the glove box to the dash frame. Open the glove box, unscrew these and the whole thing drops down. A plastic tray cover is located here and the filter simply slides in and out. I replaced mine and my musty smell disappeared. Good luck.
