How do you get the rear brake drums off a 1984 Honda atc 200 s three wheeler?

I tried tapping it with a hammer, but after no luck I used an oxy acetylene torch and heated it up. Had to do that several times before it started to budge and came off (hint: use a pry bar not your flat head screwdriver, mine broke).
