i assume your wanting to change a centrifugal clutch find the master link and remove the chain the clutch will have a hex type lock screw on the front of the unit (opposite the chain side) loosen or remove the screw some systems have a additional lock nut on the front remove that as well the clutch should slide off the shaft at this time if it's been on there awhile u may have to coax it off in some cases a puller may be needed
once its off remove the steel key and clean the shaft with sandpaper and the steel key the new unit should slide on do not force it on in some cases the lead end of the crankshaft may have to dressed with a file once the unit goes on gently tap the key in and line it up with the chain if the unit has to go on backwards (chain side out) then the key will have to be installed first then the clutch tighten the lock screws
(max torque units will have two) one at the key and one at or near the opposite side of the key reinstall your crankshaft lock screw (if so equipted) and reinstall your chain
