pull the hood release catch located in the glove compartment just behind the facia.
its in the glove box.
Open the glove box and you will find the lever.Pull it and hey presto

by pulling the hood popper and then putting your hand under the hood, to the right fiddling around until you find something you can move to open the hood.

There is a 'T' handle in the glove box, pull it and the hood will pop open. Release the safety catch under the hood in the middle and the hood will fold back to the windshield rubber stopper.
to lower hood, just drop it!?? to open it however, the release is in the glove compartment to the left.
