Lights Out is a puzzle game played on a grid of buttons, typically a 5x5 layout. The objective is to turn off all the lights by pressing the buttons; pressing a button toggles its state and the state of its adjacent buttons (up, down, left, right). Players must strategize their moves, as each press affects multiple lights, creating a challenge to find the right combination. The game is won when all lights are turned off.
Ones with no flashing lights or strobe lights.

All MLB stadiums have lights, although the Cubs were the last to get lights at their stadium and the last to play a night game at home.
I could be wrong...BUT when a player is in the zone, they are said to play out of their mind. When they leave they flip the switch. Lights out.
