Does not use Freon. Uses R-134. Take it to an A/C expert, where they will find the leak and repair before recharging the system. It is illegal to add refrigerant without fixing the leak.
Where do I put freon in a 2007 chevy impala
you will open the hood. hook up the can and open the vavle
There is no set amount. You or a technician need to put a high & low pressure gauge on your vehicle to determine the amount of Freon still in the system. Then, add more until you reach the factory specs. A good shop manual will tell you that.
as much as you need to untill the gauge gets to the right point.
If you want direct bolt in with no problems---1996 to 1999. But if you have the smarts you can put anything in it.
if able put a vise grip on it and pull
Were exactly do you put the freon hose for a 1999 toyata corolla
Just take it out and put the new one in. They are hard to pull out.
A 1999 Cavalier does not use Freon as a refrigerant.
You have to have a freon leak detector. Are you can put freon dye in the system and find a leak that way.
For a 2003 Chevy Suburban (all engine sizes), the recommended viscosity is 5W30.
The only decent way is to take it to a shop and have them "vacuum" the system. Most parts stores do sell a flushing fluid that is put in just like freon. Follow the directions.
