First you need the manual box , then a new cam , ECU , wiring , clutch cable , clutch master cylinder, peddle , and you need to get your fly wheel machined , you may need new gear box support mounts , you will need a couple of grand in case you stuff up , , but your better off if you want to do it your self is , undo the drive shaft and take motor and gear box out of the car do it all on the ground (concrete) with timber support beams , undo gear box , if you have all the bits and peaces and start changing all the parts over , make sure you put your master cylinder above were your clutch will go , all up about 2-4 grand if you pay a good mechanic to do it . make sure it has warranty......
No, No absolutely not. Automatic transmission fluid is not the same thing as gearbox oil.

Okay- Do not put automatic transmission fluid in a manual transmission! You need to put gear oil in a manual transmission. This is usually brown like oil and about 90 weight. Fill gearbox until the level is up to the fill hole but not flowing from the fill hole(as the fill hole is on the side of the gearbox).
hw much gearbox oil do you put in your ktm 525
the owners manual says to put in 50% water and 50% coolant. I spose u just fill it up with this ratio.
