1.Remove the front door trim panel.Remove the speaker retaining bolts.Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker from vehicle. Installation is the reverse.

Remove the screws that fasten the console to the floor, there are 2 in the rear cupholder, 1 in the front cup holder, and 2 near the shifter (where the console seperates). When all the screws are removed you can lift out the console (be careful to unplug speaker wires), turn over, and remove the speaker.
You do not need to remove the door panel to change your speakers. Remove the speaker cover, by prying outward on the speaker cover retaining clips. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speaker.
