No dipstick on the manual trans. You have to remove a plug at the midpoint on the side of the case to check fluid.
To change the transmission fluid on a 2002 Kia Optima V6 2.7L LX, first ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and safely elevate it with jack stands. Remove the transmission pan bolts and carefully lower the pan to drain the old fluid, then replace the filter if applicable. Clean the pan, reinstall it with a new gasket, and fill the transmission with the appropriate fluid through the dipstick tube, checking the level with the engine running. Always consult the owner's manual for specific fluid types and capacities.
The starter on a 2002 V6 Kia Optima is located on the passenger side of the engine, near the transmission. It is mounted to the engine block and can typically be accessed from underneath the vehicle. To replace or service it, you may need to remove the protective splash shield and disconnect the battery for safety.

Honda manual transmission fluid, from the dealer.
First off you will need lots of money. Going from an A/T to a manual requires many parts and much modifications unless you can find a donor car to remove parts from. As there was no 2002 Cadillac Deville built with a manual transmission, you will have to fabricate parts and modify others. This would be a daunting task.
