To remove the headlight switch knob from a 1994 Dodge B250 full-size van, first, pull the knob out to the "on" position. Then, look for a small release tab or pin on the side of the switch shaft; press it in while simultaneously pulling the knob straight out. If the knob does not come off easily, check for a set screw that may need to be loosened. Once the knob is removed, you can proceed to replace the headlight switch.
