I will assume you have the wheel off. Probably have rust between drum and axle hub. Try applying heat[don't burn your car up] and tapping on drum. There is a fairly new product in the parts stores that you spray on to freeze the mating surface. Either procedure will fracture the rust at the interface. You could also try turning in the adjuster some to get the brake bands away from ID of drum. When you reassemble drum,apply a small quantity of anti-seize the drum where is contacts the axle. Burnish the anti-seize into the metal so that contact area is coated. You don't want gobs of anti-seize could get on brake surfaces.

You need to acquire a couple of screws. The drums have two holes in them on the face and this is where the screws go, so you can screw them in, and tighten them until the drum face pops off. The proper size is 8mm with a 1.25 pitch.
