Open the rear glass hatch. Remove the screws holding the plastic lens to the body pillar. Pull the lens away from the pillar and remove the bulb socket from the lens housing. Replace the bulb and re-install.

Behind the left (driver side) head light on the left fender wall.
Inside Driver's side door, you have to remove the interior panel.

remove grill by sticking screw driver down holes on the top , remove side light with star screw driver and remove the four 10 mm bolts (two at each side)
The rear brake lights on a 1995 Honda Civic can be reach vial the rear hatch. Open the hatch in look for the plastic cover for the rear lights. Remove the cover to reveal the light plugs. Pull and replace the bulbs.

Im having a hard time just removing the side plastic cover from my 91 Honda accord se the cover that im trying to take off is the side safety light cover near the driver side turn signal light. I loosen the screws but i don't want to break this plastic shield in order so i can put in the new bulb
If it is the driver's side headlight bulb, turn the steering wheel all the way to the right. Remove a couple of the screws holding the panel in the wheel well. Then reach in through the wheel well.
