There are 5 screws located under the edge of the dash facing the front seats. There are two more screws located under the speaker covers. Once all of these screws are removed, simply pull the dashboard cover toward you a few inches at which point it can be lifted out of the way. Removal of the instrument cluster is fairly obvious. There is a wiring harness that unplugs from the top. You have to squeeze the tabs on the connector and pry it up from the socket. After removing the four screws that hold it in place, be careful not to lift it too far because the shifter indicator (park, reverse, neutral, drive, etc.) is still attached. To completely free the instrument cluster, remove the two screws from the bottom of the cluster and gently remove the shifter indicator. At this point the cluster is free and can be further disassmbled if necessary or simply replaced.
