This was quite a task the first time I did it, but by the 3rd time I was a pro. I used a Haynes manual to help give me an idea with the pictures they use. You need to start by taking out the center console then removine the center dash trim piece and removing the Radio/CD or tape player. Which will give you access to another screw to remove the center dash piece. Then remove the AC controls. Then remove the glove box. Next you remove the lower knee dash on the drivers side and both kick panels. On top of the dash you will need to pry out the defroster grill.
Once all that is out of the way lock your steering wheel. and you will remove the bolt for the steering linkage from under the dash. Then you have 3 screws on the top of the dash to remove and 3 bolts and a nut on the bottom 2 per side to remove.
That will pretty much get it out except for any wiring that you may need to undo or remove. The harness is really scattered throughout the dash.
I didnt need to completely remove the dash just enough so I could get the A/C and heating box out to replace after it got cracked from and accident.
Hope that helps!
